In order to learn the employment situation of our college’s graduates comprehensively and accurately, to meet the needs of professional teaching reforms in our college, to provide detailed and complete improvement suggestions for education, teaching and student training, and to make our college’s educational management work more scientific, institutionalized, and systematic, this system is hereby formulated on the basis of the tracking feedback system for graduates’ employment from our college.


Article 1 Object and purpose

1. It is an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of education and teaching to establish and improve the graduates’ employment tracking feedback system. The quality of graduates is not only related to the education quality, reputation, and popularity of our college, but also related to the better delivery of qualified high-quality talents to the society.

2. The purpose of establishing the graduates’ employment tracking feedback system is to understand the teaching quality level of our college, to adjust the professional training objectives, training modes and courses in a timely manner, and to improve the education and teaching work of our college pertinently, via understanding graduates’ ideological and moral status, professional skills, application of professional knowledge and ability training in all aspects, adaptation to the work degree and other contents of our graduates. The purpose is to proceed from reality, seek truth from facts to learn the situation from the reality, and provide real and reliable feedback information for students' training and professional teaching reform.


Article 2 respondents

1. Graduates who have graduated from the college in the past two to five years;

2. Alumni who returned to school to participate in various commemorative activities;

3. The employer of the graduate.


Article 3 investigation contents

The main contents of the follow-up survey of graduates’ employment include:

1. Gracuates' feelings on teaching management, teaching facilities, and learning atmosphere, as well as their opinions and suggestions on curriculum setting, management system, teaching staff, classroom teaching, experimental teaching, teacher-student relationship, learning guidance, laboratory construction, production practice, graduation (Design) thesis, etc.

2. The evaluation of graduates' ideological and moral performance, professionalism, work attitude, professional ability, adaptability, interpersonal relationship ability, scientific research ability and innovation ability.

3. The employer's satisfaction with graduates and their opinions and suggestions on running the university.


Article 4 operation mode

1. Members of the working group

In this work, the president personally serves as the leader of the working group for graduates’ tracking and feedback. The Secretary of the college, the deputy secretary in charge of student affairs and the vice president in charge of teaching work are the deputy group leaders. The director of study office, the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, the counselors, and the head teachers in charge of various professional classes are the members of the working group.

2.Mainly through the distribution of questionnaires, discussion, on-the-spot discussion, interviews with employers and other ways, to carry out a questionnaire survey on the employer and the graduates. The working group carries out investigation and feedback work, collects feedback information, makes statistics and analysis on the key situations, and puts forward feedback opinions for the reform and improvement of professional teaching.

3. Graduates will hold an informal forum on the year just before graduation; Survey feedback work on employers and the graduates who have left school is generally carried out once every three years.
