Mr.Dong Defu is chairman of the Cloud Fox Times Group.Born in Jilin Province in July 1971, he graduated from the Second Department of Mechanical Engineering, Chongqing University in 1994, majoring in material forming & control engineering.

Work History: Mr.Dong Defu founded Dexin Wireless in 2002, since then the company has rocketed through the mobile phone industry -- more than doubling annual sales and net profits.
On May 8, 2005, Teck Flying Stone, a wholly-owned subsidiary, was listed on Nasdaq with the title of the largest mobile phone design service provider in China.After Dexin, Mr. Dong Defu founded Cloud Fox Times Co., Ltd.
Mr. Dong successfully built the Cloud Fox smart phone brand, and Cloud Fox mobile phone has become the world's first outdoor mobile phone brand. He created a successful differentiated brand, a successful high-end brand image, with a very high brand recognition. At the same time, Cloud Fox has customized products for both the government and enterprises. Cloud Fox has successfully customized special mobile phones for the military, police, mining, fishery and logistics industries, and maintained relatively good profit margins.
