Li Chengzhang 

   Mr. Li Chengzhang, born in 1967, graduated from Chongqing University in 1989, majoring in metallurgical engineering. He is currently the chairman and secretary of the Party Committee of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd.

Work experience: he started working in July 1989, successively served as manager of Nanjing Sales Branch and Shanghai Sales Branch of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd., general manager of East China Department of Trade, vice director and director of Trade Department; from January 2008 to April 2010, general manager of Sino-Singapore Import and Export Company;April 2010 -- April 2011 Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd. deputy general manager; from April 2011 to December 2013, general manager of Wuhu Xinxing Casting Pipe Co., Ltd. From December 2013 to November 2017 deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd. He has been general Manager and legal representative of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd since December 2013, Director of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd since April 2012, and Chairman and Party Secretary of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd since December 2017.

Honors: in 2011 he won the title of top ten economic figures in Wuhu city, 2012 outstanding professional manager in Anhui Province, 2014 most concerned entrepreneur in Hebei Province.
